Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Gemlight Publishing LLC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Any pre-sale orders are shipped 10-20 business days after the official sale. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*All orders are charged an additional $3.99 Handling Fee.

No pre-sale orders are available for any shipping options above.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Gemlight ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Gemlight is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Gemlight is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

Pre-sale orders are not available for refunds.

 

 

 

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Gemlight.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms apply to any products purchased from us.

 Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 7 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please notify us by:

We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used, with no fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 7 days

• The goods are unused and in their original packaging

Goods that cannot be returned include:

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Goods that are perishable or have expired

• Goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons and were unsealed

• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Gemlight reserves the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion if conditions are not met.

Note: Only regular-priced goods are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable unless required by law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. Please ship returns to:

We recommend using a trackable and insured mail service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of return delivery.

 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift wasn't marked, or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will go to the purchaser.
